This photo of the Dalai Lama and President Barack Obama shows the Dalai Lama using his body to support the point he is making. In LE we explore how the energetic pattern of our posture and gestures can support our speech. Here is a great example, it seems like His holiness is open yet focused and clear. It is great to see the fulness of his presence - people talk about presence, well here is a great example.

May we all cultivate such a beautiful mix of relaxation and intensity and grow a stronger and more effective presence.
